pyodbcからSQL Serverに接続したいのですが、ユーザ名に @ が含まれることで、サーバに接続できません。@をエスケープするためにURLエンコードおよび中括弧{}での囲い込みを試しましたが、前者はデコードがされず、後者はエスケープが出来ていない様子です。
